May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Computer Repair Technicians Repair computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals. Reinstall operating systems in the case of hard disk failures.
