Compensation Analyst Supervisors Supervise compensation analysts. Maintain database of all job descriptions for existing positions. Create new job descriptions. Utilize existing salary structures to price new jobs through market pricing or slotting. Analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally. Assist in preparation for annual merit increase guidelines as well as budgeting. Lead the performance appraisal program. Serve as point of contact for questions on job descriptions, salary ranges and merit increases. Design and prepares ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for management.
