Paralegal Supervisors Supervise, coordinate and monitor work flow of paralegals in order to meet deadlines. Research, analyze legal investigations and prepare legal documents. Hire and evaluate subordinate employees, train in company policies and procedures. Consult with attorneys to resolve problems; output quality and work deadlines. Paralegals and Legal Assistants Assist lawyers by researching legal precedent, investigating facts, or preparing legal documents. Conduct research to support a legal proceeding, to formulate a defense, or to initiate legal action.
