In this area the person will still be identifying and meeting the needs of the client. Their duties may include writing press releases, crisis management, and watching the market for public trends. They will have to develop an image for the client, and handle special events. This type of account manager must be skilled at communication techniques and have creative abilities to meet the needs of the client.
