How To Become a Sports Agent
In order to become a sports agent, you must have a college degree. Without a degree you cannot be a licensed agent. There are also tests and exams to pass, so that you may get your certificate. Without these things no self respecting athlete will trust you to be their agent. Another requirement is knowledge of the sports you will be looking for clients in. If you wish to be a soccer player’s agent, and yet you know nothing about soccer, they will not hire you. How else will you give them advice about where to move, how much money to ask for, and what endorsements to get? Another requirement for a sports agent is to have a ruthless streak. Your job is to get your client’s as much money as possible. For the more they earn, the more you will earn.
